1. Introduction
Welcome to the Sunday Manager online store. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our e-shop, selling the football-themed board game "Sunday Manager."
By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use online store, if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. The relationship between the Buyer and the Seller is governed by these Terms of Service, which are binding for both parties. Legal relationships between the Seller and the end customer not expressly regulated by these Terms and Conditions are governed by the relevant provisions of Act No. 40/1964 Coll., the Civil Code, as well as related regulations.

3. Information about Products

The availability status of each product is indicated on the website.
All prices in shop are in euro (€) and include 20% VAT, excluding shipping costs. Prices may be subject to change without notice.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
Orders can be placed through the website by following the specified steps. Upon placing an order, the Buyer will receive an email confirmation with the following data:

Total price. This is the sum of the prices of all the products ordered.
The contract between the Seller and the Buyer is formed when the Seller confirms the order.
The buyer must be at least 18 years old.
5. Payment Terms
The Seller accepts all major credit and debit cards via Stripe.
Payments must be made in full before the product is distributed.
By making a payment the buyer agrees with these general conditions provided by Bactor & Wirney, s.r.o.
6. Shipping and Delivery
The Seller offers various shipping options, which will be displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times will be provided based on the shipping method selected.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and shipping method chosen.
The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and estimated delivery time.

7. Right to Withdraw from the Contract
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
To start a withdrawal proces, the Buyer must inform the Seller via e-mail. Seller will provide the shipping adress. Afterwards, Buyer will have to return the product within 7 days.
Item must be returned in acceptable condition and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the Buyer withdraws from the contract, he will be refunded the full purchase price within 30 days after returning the item.
8. Complaints and Warranty
In case of a defect or issue, the Buyer must contact the Seller through e-mail.
The Seller provides a warranty on all goods sold, that covers manufacturing defects. The Seller will handle complaints in accordance with Slovak consumer protection laws.
9. Personal Data Protection
The Seller processes personal data in compliance with GDPR and Slovak data protection laws.
Buyers have the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data. Detailed information is available in the Privacy Policy.

10. Final Provisions
The Seller reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek to resolve it amicably. If this is not possible, the dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Slovak courts.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Slovakia.
Return Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquire physical possession of the goods.
2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, or email) using the following contact details:

3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
4. Returning Goods
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days expires.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
5. Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. We reserve the right to reduce the amount of reimbursement to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods due to improper handling or use.
